We assist applicants with document preparation, compliance review, embassy appointment booking, and submission tracking. We are not an embassy, consulate, government authority, immigration attorney, or accredited representative, and we do not represent applicants before consular or immigration authorities.
No outcome guarantee. All visa decisions rest exclusively with the relevant government or consular authority. SwiftPass does not guarantee visa approval, processing time, or appointment availability. Service availability and fees vary by destination country and visa category.
Not legal advice. Information provided by SwiftPass is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. For complex immigration matters, consult a qualified immigration lawyer in your jurisdiction.
Data protection. Personal data is processed under UK GDPR and EU GDPR. For data-protection enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at legal@swiftpassimmigration.com.
Complaints. A formal complaints procedure is available via support@swiftpassimmigration.com. UK consumers may escalate via the Consumer Ombudsman; EU consumers via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Refunds. Service-fee refunds are issued under our Refund Policy within up to 90 business days of approval. Government fees paid directly to consular authorities are non-refundable.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless local consumer law mandates otherwise.
