The Wholesale Immigration Partner Model Explained: Earn Big Without Building Anything (2026)

Most immigration affiliate and commission programs pay you a thin slice of someone else's revenue. The wholesale model gives you your own pricing power and your own margin. Here's the difference.

Control over your retail price

Price for your market, not the platform's market

Most immigration affiliate programs work the same way: the platform sets the price, the client pays the platform, and you receive a commission — typically 5–15% — after the fact. You have no control over what the client pays, no transparency into the platform's margin, and no ability to differentiate your pricing by market.

The wholesale model inverts this. You buy at cost. You sell at whatever the market pays. The platform handles everything downstream of client intake. You own the client relationship and the margin.

This isn't a subtle difference. At Gold tier, a Professional case (retail $499) costs you $274 wholesale. If you price at $549 in a premium market, you earn $275 per case — that's a 55% margin. A commission program at 10% of $499 pays you $49.90 for the same work.

What the Wholesale Immigration Partner Model Is

A wholesale immigration partner model is an arrangement where a licensed immigration platform (SwiftPass) provides visa processing services to channel partners at a discounted wholesale price. The channel partner — you — sells these services to end clients at a retail price you set, and keeps the margin.

The mechanics in simple terms:

How every case flows — start to finish

1

Client needs a visa

They come to you — through referral, social media, your existing travel/education business, or your network.

2

You quote your retail price

You decide what to charge. $299? $499? $699? Your market, your call. Wholesale is your cost floor.

3

Client pays you

Direct transaction. No platform middleman in the payment flow. You collect upfront.

4

You submit to SwiftPass

Log into your agent dashboard, create the case, pay the wholesale fee. SwiftPass takes over.

5

SwiftPass processes

Document review, application filing, embassy tracking, outcome delivery. You monitor in dashboard.

6

You deliver the result

Approved client. Margin in your account. Referrals incoming.

The Three Wholesale Discount Tiers

Your wholesale discount automatically deepens as your monthly case volume grows. No negotiation, no contract changes, no manual upgrade required. Your previous month's closures determine your current month's pricing.

Who Earns the Most from This Model

Freelance immigration consultants

$2,000–$8,000/mo

You already have immigration knowledge. The wholesale model removes compliance overhead and gives you a professional processing platform without building it yourself.

Travel agents

$700–$5,500/mo

You see international travellers daily. Every booking that needs a visa is a wholesale margin opportunity sitting in your existing pipeline.

Education consultants

$1,400–$8,250/mo

You built the relationship that gets students into university. Don't let them go to a random visa agent for the last mile. Own the full journey.

HR professionals / relocation managers

$2,000–$15,000/qtr

Corporate employee visa volumes are predictable. A single company account can be worth 10–50 cases per quarter at consistent margins.

Diaspora community influencers

$500–$3,000/mo

Your community trusts you. Japa visa demand is high and recommendation-driven. Your audience is a ready pipeline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum volume commitment?

No. You can close 1 case a month or 100. There's no minimum. You automatically operate at Bronze tier until your volume lifts you to Silver or Gold. If volume drops, you step back down — there's no penalty.

What happens to my tier if I have a slow month?

Tiers are computed monthly from the previous month's closures. If you close 18 cases in April (Silver) and only 8 in May (Bronze), your June pricing is Bronze. It resets automatically. No administrative process required.

Is the wholesale price a floor or a suggested retail price?

It's a floor — your cost. There is no floor on your retail price, only a floor on your cost. You can price as high as your market will support. SwiftPass does not set maximum retail prices or territory restrictions.

Can I operate in multiple markets simultaneously?

Yes. Many agents serve clients in their home country and internationally. Volume from all markets counts toward your tier. Your single agent dashboard manages all cases regardless of client geography.
