Is there a minimum volume commitment?
No. You can close 1 case a month or 100. There's no minimum. You automatically operate at Bronze tier until your volume lifts you to Silver or Gold. If volume drops, you step back down — there's no penalty.
What happens to my tier if I have a slow month?
Tiers are computed monthly from the previous month's closures. If you close 18 cases in April (Silver) and only 8 in May (Bronze), your June pricing is Bronze. It resets automatically. No administrative process required.
Is the wholesale price a floor or a suggested retail price?
It's a floor — your cost. There is no floor on your retail price, only a floor on your cost. You can price as high as your market will support. SwiftPass does not set maximum retail prices or territory restrictions.
Can I operate in multiple markets simultaneously?
Yes. Many agents serve clients in their home country and internationally. Volume from all markets counts toward your tier. Your single agent dashboard manages all cases regardless of client geography.
